it would have been nice to pay the price i was originally quoted. was a transmission issue on a 2014 fusion. the guy on the phone quoted me $400. when i got there it was $589. somebody called me to inform me that he had to install a additional wire... mentioned nothing about additional costs. i came there with cash and had to pay by credit card. nothing makes me more upset than being forced to use a credit card. it always seems that the rich people are always getting the discount and its the poor people are always paying this highest prices.

Had a major engine issue which required a replacement. Doug and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I was provided a spot-on estimate and timeframe to complete the work. I was informed periodically of work progress. The job was completed on time and my vehicle was returned clean. The workmanship is high quality, all harnesses, lines and hoses are in place and secured. Im highly satisfied with this repair shop. Theyll have my automotive needs business from here on out.

Have a 10 year old car with 85k miles on it. The transmission was going bad. Talked with doug and found that the transmissions they install have a 3y warranty. Although it was an expensive repair I went for it. Also decided to get 100,000 maintenence done at the same time, Car is running like it was brand new. Great job doug and staff.
