I have not used Automotive physicians before but I will definitely use them again. Doug was great ,the service was quick but efficient, and they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle

It’s the first time I’ve had repairs done by Automotive Physicians’s and I would have say it was a good idea to choose them. Prior to this I always went to the dealership with my Ram 1500 for everything. Besides never being completely satisfied by the dealership the repairs I needed now were going to take 3-4 weeks. Automotive Physicians did it in total 7 days. Due to waiting for parts needed from a dealership for repairs. Still, much faster and very professional.

I could not be anymore satisfied with the service and the personal attention that I receive from the staff at Automotive Physicians. I manage a fleet of vehicles and so far every time I send A.P. A vehicle that is in need of repair they know that I need the unit back ASAP. The staff will do everything that’s possible to be sure I get it back repaired and ready to go. Thanks for the excellent service keep it up

As a first time customer of Automotive Physicians I was impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable and willing they were to diagnose my vehicle's issue. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I won't go into the details of my experience with trying to get the Chrysler dealership to service this problem, but Automotive Physicians stepped up on my behalf to speak with Chrysler on getting my vehicle serviced. In the end Chrysler could not service the problem in a timely matter yet Automotive Physicians completed the repair in slightly over 1 business day. I will now be using them for all future repair needs. They are honest and reliable and have just won over a new customer. If you are looking for vehicle service in Shelby TWP area make this your first choice you will be happy with them

I don’t usually write reviews, Automotive Physicians is an outstanding one stop drop fix and repair facility. The customer is first although I will say they’re not always the cheapest but they do superior repairs. I know what I’m getting upfront and I am completely satisfied with all the repairs that they have done on my vehicles over the years.
