As a first time customer of Automotive Physicians I was impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable and willing they were to diagnose my vehicle's issue. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. I won't go into the details of my experience with trying to get the Chrysler dealership to service this problem, but Automotive Physicians stepped up on my behalf to speak with Chrysler on getting my vehicle serviced.
