I had my car in for alignment and my wife and I were waiting in the lounge for it to be done. You informed us that a bolt broke off and you had to order one and did not know if it would be a couple of hours or a couple of days. You gave my wife and I a ride home and then called us in less then two hours and said the car was done. You had someone pick us up and we got the vehicle back. I feel you treated us very GOOD and were very sorry we had to go through this, but this type of thing happens and you handled it very professionally and my wife and I were very happy with the whole process and will even recommend others to take their vehicles to your shop for oil changes and repairs.
